EXCEPTIONAL COFFEE
In our search for the best coffees in the world, we purchase beans from plantations at altitudes up to 6,000 feet. Why? Because we know the higher the altitude, the more intense the flavor. The result: Simply the Best coffee in the world.

A lighter roast coaxes just enough natural sugars to convey the mild, delicate flavors of our Light & Subtle Coffee, and communicate the characteristic taste of the country of origin.
Hurray for Harrar! Small-scale farming and traditional methods leave this coffee with a smooth, sweet edge and a subtle, winy acidity.
Kenya is known as the "King of Acidity" and this Lenana AA lot 2724 is no exception. Wet processed and dried on tables in the classic Kenyan style. We roast Lenana to full city where the body and aroma are increased without neutralizing the spark from the acidity. Brewed strong it yields lovely iced coffee. Enjoy!
The current crop of Oromia Yrgascheffe is both organic and Fair Trade. A direct result of the Fair Trade system this co-op has continued education, plant improvements and quality expectations are being met at the farm processing level. Oromia Yrgascheffe has a wonderful floral, lemon fresh aroma, a clean, sweet acidity for a crisp finish.
The peaberry, or round male bean, couples a unique, fruity flavor with deliciously sharp spiciness.

Yemen Mocha is the most powerful of the natural dried coffees. Yemen pushes the fruitiness (think very ripe plum) and wine flavors to the limit. Definitely a wow in the cup. A little cup of Yemen seems to stimulate very effectively. We roast it slowly and keep it under the second pop to maximize the wild tastes. No wonder this coffee was kept so secret for so long, but thank goodness it got out to the world.
"Start your day with Zimbabwe". A cup with an aggressive stout, yet snappy, tempered taste. These skinny washed beans with the big name have a citrus zing and a dynamic aroma.

This Brazil comes from Fazenda Ipanema, where a Rainforest Alliance certification dictates economic and ecological improvements. The nature and layout of the Fazenda farm means the ripest of cherry can be picked and sundried on the patios.
The richest of the richest coffees of the world. So much press has given this the status as the only coffee in the world. Granted the Colombian Coffee Federation does help boost the farming industry. The coffee is very sound and a secure bet.
Farmers in this Tarrazu micro climate grow beans with intense flavor, clean body, and a powerful aroma. And talk about the view, beautiful, Llano Bonito. The growers education class is right in the front of the washing, hulling mill office, where the co-op farmers have to pass by every time they want to get paid.
We have toured this beautiful farm, and the ultra smooth cup with its earthy, deep flavor, represents its orgin.
